To get started, fill out the Request Service form or give us a call. We'll come out, take a look at your pool, and let you know the initial cost to get it in shape.

Once we’ve completed our initial clean, you can choose a monthly service level that suits your needs. That’s it, from there it’s nothing but good vibes and a clean pool.

Request Service

  • The Shipshape is our deep clean service that gets your pool back to baseline. Think of it like a reset button. We're taking everything back to square one so your regular service can actually work the way it's supposed to.

    Includes:

    • Full vacuum (manual or vac assist as needed)

    • Thorough brushing (walls, steps, benches)

    • Skimming + debris removal

    • Filter inspection & backwash / clean (basic)

    • Water testing & chemical balancing

    • Initial chemical treatment

      *When we do your quote, the tech will determine if The Shipshape is required before subscribing to any Monthly Service Package. When we do The Shipshape first, we're getting your water chemistry balanced, your filter clean, your surfaces clear, and everything working the way it should. Then, when we start your regular service, we're actually maintaining a pool—not constantly trying to fix one.

  • Weekly water testing and chemical balancing. We're adjusting chlorine, pH, alkalinity—whatever your pool needs that week. That's it.

      Good for: Pools that are the center of your backyard life, owners who want a dedicated tech who knows their setup inside and out, or anyone who just wants the most hands-off experience possible. You never have to think about your pool - we've got it handled.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Easy. Request a quote online or give us a call. If you have a maintained pool, we’ll ask you to send us a photo and give you an estimate. We will schedule your first clean and balance for $65. If you decide to go with us for weekly cleanings that $65 will go towards your monthly invoice. If you aren’t ready to commit, no problem! We’ll charge you $65 for that initial clean/balance and basic chemicals.

    If your pool requires a deep clean or algae remediation, we will send our tech out to provide you with a quote based on the estimated number of service visits required to get your pool back in shape.

    The necessity or cost of a deep clean depends on the size/type of your pool and how well it has been maintained.

  • We service Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach. We plan to expand to Navarre, and beyond—in Summer 2027.

    If you're outside our current service area, send us a message through our contact form, and we'll add you to our waitlist. We'll reach out as soon as we're staffed up and ready to take on your area.

  • Our tech will come out and assess your pool's current condition—is it green, or just needs a little love?

    If we require a deep clean to bring your pool back to baseline, please note it can take multiple visits to get everything dialed in. Chemicals need time to cycle through your pool before we can retest and adjust.

    Once we've got your pool in great shape, we'll offer a flat monthly rate based on your pool size and your needs.

    No surprises, no extra charges for basic chemicals or routine maintenance. We'll give you the exact price before you commit.

    We visit weekly and charge monthly in arrears (so you're billed at the end of each month for the services we've already completed).

    If your pool needs replacement parts like filters or salt cells, or specialty chemicals beyond what's included in your plan, we'll add those costs separately.

    You'll see everything itemized in your service report, and we'll get your approval before installing or purchasing anything.

  • We work month-to-month, with a service agreement provided before service begins. We do require a 3-month commitment to unlock certain promotions and discounts.

    We want to make sure we have time to get your pool in great shape and show you what consistent service looks like.

    If you need to pause or cancel after that, just give us as much notice as possible so we can plan accordingly.

  • Our Customer Portal, hosted by Skimmer, is the app we use to track every service visit. It gives you full transparency into what we're doing at your pool—chemical readings, dosages, before-and-after photos, and your complete service history. You can also pay for your monthly service right from the app.

    How do I access it? We'll send you login credentials after your first service. You can download the Skimmer app from the App Store or Google Play, or access it through your web browser. The app is completely free for you to access.

    What if I don't want to use the app? That's fine. We'll still track everything on our end, and you can always call or text us if you need info about your pool or service history.

    Is my information secure? Yes. Skimmer uses secure servers and encryption to protect your account and payment information.

    What if I have trouble logging in or using the app? Give us a call at 850-270-8788, and we'll walk you through it.

  • Yes! We handle both pools and spas.

  • We’re local, we’re consistent, and we genuinely care. No call centers. No wondering if someone will show up. Just reliable pool care from people who are committed to doing the job right and taking care of our neighbors.

    We also believe in practicing what we preach. We work with local shops and vendors whenever possible, and we’re proud to support and spotlight the small businesses and organizations that make the 850 such a special place to live.

  • Detailed reports for every service visit, including: the chemicals we added, current water balance readings, photos of your pool, any issues we noticed, and notes from your tech. Your full service history is stored there, so you can look back at any visit.

  • Nope. Most of our customers aren't. As long as we can access the pool, we're good. We'll send you the service report when we're done.

    You can opt in for text notifications when your tech is on the way. We keep a record of any codes/locks or info needed to access your pool.

    Going out of town? Let us know, and we'll keep servicing your pool while you're away. Actually, that's when you need us most—pools don't take vacations.

  • We service pools rain or shine unless there's lightning or severe weather. Rain doesn't stop algae or affect your pool's chemical balance, so we stick to the schedule.

  • Not much. Empty your skimmer basket if it gets full, rinse off after you swim, and let us know if you notice anything weird. We handle the rest.

  • You can call our main line at 850-270-8788, text us, or leave a note in the Skimmer app. Your tech will see it before the next visit.

  • We don't do major pool repairs or structural work, but we're happy to refer you to trusted local contractors who do.

    That said, we'll always try to diagnose the problem and give you all the information we can—what the issue is, your options, and what it's likely to cost.

    For routine maintenance items like replacing filters, salt cells, or other standard parts, we can handle that. We'll get your approval before ordering or installing anything.

    Our goal is to be your advocate and keep your pool functioning and healthy, whether that means we do the work or we connect you with someone who can.
