Thorough brushing (walls, steps, benches)

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Easy. Request a quote online or give us a call. We'll come out, take a look at your pool, and follow up with a price and a service package recommendation. The necessity or cost of your initial or one-time deep clean depends on the size/type of your pool and how well it has been maintained.
Once you’ve approved your quote and accepted the service agreement, we will send you a portal invite to our Customer Portal, hosted by Skimmer.Skimmer is the app we use to track every service visit. It gives you full transparency into what we're doing —chemical readings, dosages, before-and-after photos, and your complete service history. You can also pay your bills right from the app.

We service Pensacola and plan to expand to surrounding Gulf Coast areas—including Pensacola Beach, Navarre, and beyond—in Summer 2026.
If you're outside our current service area, send us a message through our contact form, and we'll add you to our waitlist. We'll reach out as soon as we're staffed up and ready to take on your area.
Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Give us a call at 850-270-7112, and we'll let you know.

Our tech will come out and assess your pool's current condition—is it green, or just needs a little love? We will provide you with a quote for an initial clean to bring your pool back to baseline. Sometimes it takes a few visits to get everything dialed in since chemicals need time to cycle through your pool before we can retest and adjust.
Once we've got your pool in great shape, we'll offer a flat monthly rate based on your pool size and your needs. No surprises, no extra charges for basic chemicals or routine maintenance. We'll give you the exact price before you commit.
We visit weekly and charge monthly in arrears (so you're billed at the end of each month for the services we've already completed).
If your pool needs replacement parts like filters or salt cells, or specialty chemicals beyond what's included in your plan, we'll add those costs separately.
You'll see everything itemized in your service report, and we'll get your approval before installing or purchasing anything.
-
No formal contracts. We work month-to-month, and you won't have to sign anything.
We do ask for a 3-month commitment to provide the 25% discount on your initial pool clean and chemical balancing—but it's a handshake agreement, not a legal document. We just want to make sure we have time to get your pool in great shape and show you what consistent service looks like.
If you need to pause or cancel after that, just give us as much notice as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Our Customer Portal, hosted by Skimmer, is the app we use to track every service visit. It gives you full transparency into what we're doing at your pool—chemical readings, dosages, before-and-after photos, and your complete service history. You can also pay for your monthly service right from the app.
How do I access it? We'll send you login credentials after your first service. You can download the Skimmer app from the App Store or Google Play, or access it through your web browser. The app is completely free for you to access.
What if I don't want to use the app? That's fine. We'll still track everything on our end, and you can always call or text us if you need info about your pool or service history.
Is my information secure? Yes. Skimmer uses secure servers and encryption to protect your account and payment information. What if I have trouble logging in or using the app? Give us a call at 850-270-8788, and we'll walk you through it.

We’re local, we’re consistent, and we genuinely care. No call centers. No wondering if someone will show up. Just reliable pool care from people who are committed to doing the job right and taking care of our neighbors.
We also believe in practicing what we preach. We work with local shops and vendors whenever possible, and we’re proud to support and spotlight the small businesses and organizations that make the 850 such a special place to live.

Detailed reports for every service visit, including: the chemicals we added, current water balance readings, photos of your pool, any issues we noticed, and notes from your tech. Your full service history is stored there, so you can look back at any visit.

Nope. Most of our customers aren't. As long as we can access the pool, we're good. We'll send you the service report when we're done.
You can opt in for text notifications when your tech is on the way. We keep a record of any codes/locks or info needed to access your pool.Going out of town? Let us know, and we'll keep servicing your pool while you're away. Actually, that's when you need us most—pools don't take vacations.
-
We service pools rain or shine unless there's lightning or severe weather. Rain doesn't stop algae or affect your pool's chemical balance, so we stick to the schedule.
-
Not much. Empty your skimmer basket if it gets full, rinse off after you swim, and let us know if you notice anything weird. We handle the rest.
-
You can call our main line at 850-270-8788, text us, or leave a note in the Skimmer app. Your tech will see it before the next visit.
-
We don't do major pool repairs or structural work, but we're happy to refer you to trusted local contractors who do.
That said, we'll always try to diagnose the problem and give you all the information we can—what the issue is, your options, and what it's likely to cost.
For routine maintenance items like replacing filters, salt cells, or other standard parts, we can handle that. We'll get your approval before ordering or installing anything.
Our goal is to be your advocate and keep your pool functioning and healthy, whether that means we do the work or we connect you with someone who can.
